I enjoy recapping dinner service with my co-workers and thinking "Holy Shit we got slammed!!" That kind of lifestyle can make you apprciate cooking at home and catering for events. I spent a year in Hollywood going to the Arts Institute for Culinary Arts, and Catered events for Non-Profit orginizations. I worked as a Personal chef for Professional athletes during their off season specializing in building eating habbits and producing weight gain and weight loss diets. Now that im back in Boston i would like to bring that same type of food to the home athlete who is to busy to eat well and always has to eat out while trying to eat healthy. Lets make a food plan that works for you 3 meals a day.
