However, the environment that I enjoy most is cooking privately. Even though cooking healthy food in a large professional kitchen has its rewards, I feel like there is a disconnect between myself, the food I create, and the customer. I love the process of getting to know a client and developing recipes for their specific pallet and needs. And I thrive on watching my clients' lives improve not only physically, through eating fresh healthy food, but also psychologically as a result of reclaiming their personal time at home.
