I come from a family of Agriculturalists which has given me a great understanding of produce its benefits and importance. I graduated from the California Culinary Academy and have 12 years of intense cooking experience ranging from Michelin Star to from scratch casual restaurants. As an Executive Chef I am constantly training new cooks to be great culinary thinkers. I bring an easy approach to what may seem difficult. I do believe anyone can cook and would love to guide you on your culinary journey.
