After cooking for 4 picky eaters for over 20 years I've learned a thing or two about how to get them to eat healthy while still satisfying my taste for good food and not loosing my mind in the process! We are mostly vegetarian/pescatarian with small portions of free range meats occasionally and are mostly sugar and gluten free. Home made, healthy grab and go snacks are my specialty. I live for trying new foods and love to experiment in the kitchen. Growing up in southern Arizona we have a love for Mexican food but you will also find an array of other Ethnic cuisines on my site such as Mediterranean, Greek, African and Italian.
