-AAS in Culinary Arts -Corporate Executive Chef -Channel Experience: Hospitality/Casinos/Healthcare/Higher Ed/Airlines. Greg was privileged to train under a American Culinary Federation’s Chef of the Year and James Beard ”Best Chef in America” nominee as well as round out his baking skills under a certified Master Baker. Greg has also had the pleasure of mentoring many students through the Johnson and Wales externship program. Throughout his career, Greg and his cuisine has been seen on TLC’s “Platinum Weddings”, catered movie premieres, consulted on motion picture productions, and has been selected as a Personal Chef for many celebrities, musicians, professional athletes as well as international dignitaries.
