After a formal education at the California Culinary Academy and the Culinary Institute of America in Northern California, I worked in fine-dining restaurants and at the top French bakery in San Francisco. I have worked in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo) for over fourteen years, teaching cooking classes and leading culinary tours. My food choices reflect my active and healthy lifestyle. I like fresh, natural unprocessed food and don’t feel guilty to indulge from time to time. I eat dark chocolate every day and am convinced this is what keeps me healthy and happy!
