I have 10 years of experience in customer services and 3 years in food industry market. Passionate cook, who use to be creative, team worker and bringing high quality to the kitchen, making sure to offer to customers the best experience in terms of food and dining. After finish my culinary school in Brazil I came to Vancouver in Canada to improve my culinary skills and acquire more kitchen experience. Canada is the place where I started my project about fusion cuisine, who is not finished yet.
