When my first child was born, I wanted to change my schedule to be more present at home and I decided to open my own catering service. It's been over 20 years now that I operate my caterer. The caterer allows me to make several types of food and service. Cocktails, buffets, banquets, gourmet meals, I've tried everything! Over the years, I have been able to develop recipes from many corners of the world. My specialties: French and Mediterranean cuisine, North African, Oriental and Indian cuisine.
