Dear Public I ' m a happy self taught vegan cooking author and Chef a Artist and Eco Ethical High Jewels Designer living at the beautiful Portofino Italy I become Vegan for choice for health for our planet I have read the wonderful books of the Italian Naturopath Valdo Vaccaro and following many of his advices, living a much better life quality as inspiring me each day to create recipes to me cooking is Art that has no selfishness I ' m Italian and as in many Italian foyers we have a family cooking heritage ,I had the privilege to had a grandmother and a mother cooking passioned from my mother I inherited a historical book of the famous Italian cook Nino Bergese " Mangiare da Re " he use to cook for the Italian King family ,after he opened a small restaurant in Genoa Italy la Santa he use to cook in a very small kitchen (as mine Portofinese kitchen ;-) a real Artist but when I open his book I feel that we start to live in a new era that cooking has to help our immunity system to work better another world that is gourmad also By my self I was lucky to meet the grand Chef George Blanc at his hotel and restaurant in Vonnas France as Emanuel Renaut in Megeve France ,both they give me a big emotion and motivation Thank You to read my words I ' m actually working at my recipes ebook , as painting my favourite recipes , opening my Etsy shop preparing my web site and for this summer working at a private catering crueltyfree menu ,menu sans violence for yachts and private houses at the Portofino area hope to collaborate with PETA international to make my cooking sustainable also ,and I'm' m using many organic biodynamic and fairtrade products and Cheers !
