Hi my name is Eddie my back ground is classic french ,new American, Japanese and Korean cuisines.My passion, love and art for cooking started at a young age of 8 with no one to cook for me at home i cooked for my self day by day i got better and better at the age of 21 i decided to drop all that is my life and jump in to the life of a chef. Starting as a dishwasher was a right of way to becomeing a chef if you cant clean you can't cook through many cuts,burns,sleepless nights,fighting inner demons and questioning if i can do this for the rest of my life i made it through the hard times 5 years later i can say proudly i am a sous chef but still much to learn for food is the sky's the limits.If you feel i can be of help to you please PICK ME you wont be disappointed.
