I'm a professional chef with 14 years of experience based in Los Angeles (soon to be Las Vegas). I've worked in gourmet delis catering to the stars, Michelin starred restaurants, 5-star 5-diamond resorts, James Beard awarded restaurants, and more. I'm very passionate about cooking and teaching. My goal is to take my experience in professional kitchens and make it available to home cooks. I cut through all of the myths and old wives' tales about cooking and explain them in clear, concise language that will eliminate much of the confusion in various techniques and recipes. While cooking requires experience and a certain amount of trial-and-error, having someone that's been through the motions will help you get it right the first time.
