I'm a certified chef de cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and the current President of the Memphis chapter. My primary Cuisine skill is Creole cooking but have a lot of experience in Thai, Chinese, North and South Italian regions and Delta Soul food, just to mention a few.I can answer many variety of questions about cooking, sanitation and costing.
