I support all of our US Marine Corps bases on the West Coast. My training has bee OJT in chain restaurants, hospitals, hotels, convention centers and county clubs. My current mission is to serve and present restaurant quality foods in our Marine Corps mess halls. We have introduced Stir Fry action stations, brick pizza ovens, Carving stations, a drive thru just to mention a few changes.
