Summary

I've worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 15 years, From fast casual/bar foods - high end steak houses - breakfast restaurants. I do not have a culinary degree however I have had the pleasure of training under a large array of chefs. My current specialty is breakfast/brunch. In 2018 I created a porkbelly taco that won first place in the Houston Rodeo. I can happily assist in creating a special meal or offer tasty substitutions to your current favorites along with batch sizing to feed from 1 - 25 people.
