I have owned my own restaurant, worked on a dive/research boat, spent some time cooking on yachts and most recently I have been working as a personal chef and caterer. I have taught recreational cooking classes on a wide variety of subjects at the University of Tennessee Research and Education Center. I enjoy helping people with their cooking questions and challenges. I don't know the answer to every question but I assure you we will figure it out before we are done.
