I am 49 and have worked in the hospitality industry since age 14. Owned and operated my own restaurant where I created new menu items daily from the days purchases fresh from the byward market in Ottawa. I have worked in various hotels and restaurants from northern Ontario and Quebec to Montreal, Ottawa and New York. I enjoy making my own wine, breads, desserts, fresh pasta and sauces amongst other culinary items in my own home. Also help people to create menu items and shop for the products for freshness, ripeness and appropriate items for such menus.
