He later studied at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas and at The Culinary Institute of America, Greystone. Chef Lorig's experience includes serving as Kitchen Manager at the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone; cooking at CraftSteak NY; completing stagiers across NYC's finest restaurants; and Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager at Gulfstream Restaurant in Los Angeles. Chef Lorig is a Certified Sommelier with a solid understanding of food and wine pairings. Additionally, Chef Lorig has traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, Japan and New Zealand.
