Share your talents, background and expertise.I am currently the Chef de Cuisine at the Class Act Restaurant in Cedar Rapids Iowa. We are a high-end restaurant partnered with the community college to train the future culinary stars of America. I have also spent the better half of a decade teaching continuting education cooking classes open to the public, for all ages and all skill levels. Finally, I work with the college's outreach and training services to organize and orchestrate corporate teambuilders; the idea being the office group comes in, cooks together and eats together. Long story short, there are not too many culinary questions I haven't already heard.
