I have been in the hotel/restaurant industry for over 10 years. I am a culinary school graduate from the art institute of Pittsburgh. I have done everything from prep cook to executive chef ( which I am now ). I am very experienced with making sauces and marinades from scratch. I believe that if something can be made from scratch it should be. Fresh ingredients is the way to go.
