Southern Hospitality Catering and Personal Chef Service was created by self-taught chef Craig Bradshaw over 18 years ago as a way to share his food and culinary heritage with more people. Craig manages the daily operations and caters events from 30-500 people. Chef Craig has managed many full-service restaurants including Demos’ Steak House, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory and has cooked in some of The Nation’s favorite restaurants including Copeland's of New Orleans, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant. His love for great food is only surpassed by his ability to create it! Chef Craig specializes in authentic Southern-American cuisine with a more healthy twist. Chef Craig also enjoys cooking Cajun and Italian cuisines and believes freshness in ingredients in second to none. When it comes to making your event special, Chef Craig and his team know how to do it. Chef Craig has served many celebrities over the past 10 years including Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Carrie Underwood, and Aerosmith. All of these clients were referred by other industry veterans and music managers because of the level of quality and service we provide to all of our clients.
