Fully-qualified chef with 30 years of experience in the kitchen, I believe I more than meet your requirements for the job. I started my career as chef in our small family establishment. I worked my way up to cook, sous chef and finally executive chef, so I’m no stranger to long hours and hard labour. I really found my calling in my work, discovering a passion for food culture & nutrition , and a love of preparing dishes just right. For the past 18 years I’ve been the head chef, i travel around the world my carrier i spend in most private chef position because i work for embassy, king palace or owner Hotels I’ve been working with French menus for almost a decade, Mediterranean Italian menus , Asian etc ., I have extensive leadership experience..
