My mother had me in the dishpit by 11 and by the end of the summer I was running the takeout window! My style is classic comfort food with a splash of training in Indian, Italian, Steakhouse, Pub food, Vegan and vegetarian food. I have worked in French/Asian fusion as well as working with dietitians to create healthy yet yummy food. I believe anyone can find a style that suits them in the kitchen..and I am here to help!!!!
