Share your talents, background and expertise.Christopher has nine years of culinary experience, all which have been spent in Annapolis. His love of food started as a hobby and turned into a career with his first industry job at the Legislative Services Building bistro, where he expanded his knowledge of food and fine-tuned his skills. Chef Christopher was promoted to executive chef at Red Red Wine Bar, named Best Wine Bar in Annapolis in 2012 and 2013 by What’s Up? Annapolis magazine when he was 21 years of age. During his time there, he also demonstrated how to infuse homemade barbecue sauces on channel WUSA9 and competed in best dish and bacon war competitions, all while learning the essentials of running a successful restaurant. At Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge, Chef Christopher worked to help intensify the focus of Annapolis’ best restaurant/bar/venue on creative comfort food farm-to-table cuisine. Since then has enrolled back in school to prepare himself to open his own restaurant.
