In my time as a professional chef I have worked for 3 Certified Master Chefs and 6 culinary Olympians. I have worked in many notable places including the world famous Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. I sit on the advisory board for Pittsburgh Technical Insitute and have had the pleasure of working with students hands on. I love explaining not only about how and what you will be doing but also why you are doing it.
