I am a classically trained chef and have worked in everything from award wining hotels, bars, bistros to beach side burger bars. My food comes straight the heart and I love nothing more than to replicate fantastic cuisine from my travels around the world. Today I work t developing recipes and menus and teaching chefs new techniques and ideas. I have the classical skills and knowledge base and a taste ( excuse the pun ) for food adventures. I like to keep things simple, using the freshest local ingredients often with a twist and am working on my first cookery book.
