My family worked on the railroad as Pullman Porters and later in the homes of executives of now Fortune 500 companies. I continue the legacy as a Personal Chef working with clients to answer their "what's for dinner? " question. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a passion for the individual person. I address and solve the diet restrictive client, allergies, hospital recovery, weight loss programs and just plain don't want to cook. It is an honor and privilege to serve.
