But if I know and am aware of the flavors..scents..essence..staple foods ...I'm able to communicate with anyone...justput me in the kitchen... I've externed at one of the most elite gentleman's Social Club in New York the "Knickerbocker Club" on east 62nd and 5th ave. Also externed at one of New York's hippest Gastropubs "Jeepney" Worked for the best catering companies in nyc including; Glorious Foods,Le Protege and Prospect Park Catering Hall. Ran the kitchen/Head Chef 4 night's a wk. at local bar and grill "BeeHive" while going thru school. I'm a fun people person...with a passion for food...their flavors ..
