After gaining extensive knowledge from traveling abroad, Robert decided to move to Indianapolis where he began his first entrepreneurial venture in the launch of Touch of Class Catering. This company gained an admiration from the community, catering to a fruitful clientele such as Liz Clair borne, Alyssa Milano, and Indianapolis Colts football team, Damien Center, Blue Cross and Indianapolis Art Museum and the Indy Historical Society. Moving on and growing over the years he has played key roles in the opening of some major restaurants and brands like Planet Hollywood,R-ONE, Brinkers International, Marriott Corporation, Griffin- Mansions, the Darden Corporation, Stuart Anderson Black Angus, and the world known Padovani's at Double-tree Hotel and resort in Honolulu Hawaii just to name a few. After persistent research in produce and proteins created with growth hormones along with pesticides and GMOs, steroids, antibiotics and other harmful chemical that we consume here in the US, he has finally figured out what role he can assume to create a change in the way people live there lives today. Real Organic Chef was born to bring back the simplicity of Real Food For A Better Life. Chef Robert's knowledge of nutrition, culinary skills, and passion have combined together to create a team that focuses on nutrition and the importance of conscious eating while cultivating an appreciation for nourishing the body. He is proud of Real Organic Chef brand and concept of healthy lifestyle philosophy. Making organic food affordable and accessible is a milestone in this industry. Bringing back the straightforward idea that everyone should be able to afford nutritious food.
