I am dedicated to serving the needs of my customers each and every day. I am a two time culinary school graduate from Le Cordone Bleu College of the culinary arts and a graduate of FARE START culinary training program. I am 38 years old, a loving supportive father to my 7 year old son. I specialize in French, Italian, Southeast Asian, Middle East, South American and Caribbean. Also specializing in classic street food, comfort foods, vegetarian, baking and pastries. I have had a love for cooking since I was 9 years old.
