Keena's Kitchen nourishes communities suffering from food allergies, poor diet and food related illness. When you are challenged to reduce daily intake of harmful sugars, processed chemicals and sodium in your diet, we're here to help! We provide whole food alternatives to processed foods using the best possible organic, sustainable and seasonal ingredients from local farmers. By preparing everything from scratch, we have a unique opportunity to promote healing with a nurturing intention. We offer cooking skills courses (both private and group classes), and special event dining--and are happy to also offer our advice in any of the aforementioned categories.
