Hey guys, I've been a pastry chef in the industry for 8 years and got my Bachelors of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson and Wales University. I have a lot of fun with recipe modifications such as vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, egg free, gluten free, and sprouted wheat and other grains.
