For the past ten years I have been fortunate to learn and perfect my skills from some great working experiences. I have worked in fine dinning restaurant, hotels, and foodservice establishments where each brought new skills into my repertoire. Not only can I execute what needs to be done in the kitchen, I am also well rounded in the buisness aspect of the restaurant world. Menu planning, budget control, invoices, payroll, inventory and ordering are just a few of the skills I learned over that past years. ServSafe certified, I consider food safety very important and use that knowledge when I am working in the kitchen. I am alway willing to learn new skills and work very hard to adapt quickly. I am blessed to have a love for this hard and grueling industry and can not see myself doing anything else.
