I working small sushi restaurant in Eureka, California. My focus is on Japanese cuisine, but I have done research on my own into French, Creole, Mexican, and Southeast Asian cuisines. I have experience as a home cook taking traditional dishes and making them vegetarian, and really enjoy the challenge.
