Chef Mueller was educated in his native Country of Germany,his years of apprentice and learning Culinary Arts and Science culminated with a Cook's Apprenticeship Degree ( Bachelor).Then it took him from working in highly regarded Hotels and Restaurants in Germany to an intense cooking hiatus tour through France with non others then Paul Bocuse in Lyon Frances Dynasty of Food and Roger Verge' at Moulin de Mougins in Nizza.Traveled with ACF Delegation and Martin Yan in 1996 to China /Hong Kong for a Educational Cooking Tour.Has appeared on several Local and Syndicated TV Cooking Shows in Hawaii. He held various executive Chef/Corporate positions with prestige international hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton International in Germany, Mexico as Princess Hotels, Opryland Hotels and Omni Champions Gate in Orlando.Traveled and representing Omni Hotels participating at well established Food & Wine Symposiums to Argentina, France and Spain .At the same time he did a Guest appearance at the Legendary James Bared House in New York City , he cooked for world leaders and dignitaries which have become Chef Mueller's trademark including US President Ronald Reagan former President George W. Bush,Mexico's Presidential Miguel Aleman and President Lopez Portillo of Mexico he was designated Chef by Hilton Hotels to Cook all the VIP Function at their Private Residences in Chapultepec and Satellite as the President of Germany Walter Scheel, Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Billy Graham's 70's Birthday Party.Last but not least his Royal Highness Prince Turki Bin Abdul-Al Saud from Saudi Arabia.His Management style was sharpened through extensive training classes with Americas leadings Management Gurus the likes of Tom Peters,Kenneth Blanchard and is a Dale Carnegie Graduate.Speaks Fluently English, Spanish and German.
