Culinary Operations Lead at The Culinary Edge


Hi! I'm a San Francisco-based chef who works full time at a culinary consulting firm by day and blogs by night. After training with the Hillstone Restaurant group as a kitchen manager, I attended culinary school in New York City, then made my way back west to San Francisco with my wife. For the last 5 years living in the Bay Area, I've worked in every capacity in the kitchens of Tyler Florence's Wayfare Tavern, Rotisserie & Wine, Bar Jules in Hayes Valley, and most recently developing recipes for a huge variety of clients within the food industry at The Culinary Edge. I love cooking at home, and have a knack for solving home cooking issues on the fly. Looking forward to hearing from you!
