Owner and Executive Chef, Bart Black, has been in the business of making people happy through food for over 30 years. Most recently the Executive Chef at Houston Oaks Country Club, Bart has a long, successful history on the Houston culinary scene. In addition to Houston Oaks, Chef Bart has served as the Head of Culinary Activities for The Houstonian and Minute Maid Park, and overseen many successful Houston restaurant openings. He's served as the Cheese Ambassador for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board and been a contestant in national culinary competitions. Best of all, with his local connections, Chef Bart will dedicate time to building and maintaining partnerships with local farmers, purveyors and food artisans who share his same values, so that he can bring you the best Houston has to offer.
