I started out as a home cook. and learned that I have a talent for creating delicious tasting food. I was the owner/operator of a personal chef service for families and singles who wanted home cooked meals, but did not have the time or resources to provide them. I have a certificate in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education. Since obtaining this degree, I have been employed at Whole Foods. You may have a question about how to cook from what you have in your refrigerator and pantry or any general question about cooking or technique and I will be glad to help out.
