Vast majority of my 19 years in the food biz has been spent in restaurants, manufacturing, or food safety consulting. I have a strong background in pastry and specific expertise in food safety. I currently own a food safety consulting firm, A Training Company, that educates chefs, and other industry professionals, and home chefs in food safety and regulatory compliance. As a serial entrepreneur, I own a food truck in addition to food safety consulting and have a deep passion for all things food!
