And if they want to bake, it's almost always cakes and pastries. I was always all about the bread. Rolls, croissants, flatbreads, on through pretzels and pizza. If you put yeast in it, I wanted to try to make it. I could off on a rant in a heartbeat about bread, and shortly thereafter, someone would stop me and just go, "Oh! You're the bread guy!" The moniker stuck with me ever since.
