Working his way through the ranks from a dishwasher in junior high to being the chef of a popular restaurant and lounge in a Massachusetts Beach Resort he has gained an eclectic breadth of culinary knowledge from which to draw on to assist you in your gastronomic crises! Experienced in French and German and specializing in Italian and New American cuisine, Chef Anthony would be happy to work you through a last minute risotto before your dinner party or a full out lesson on the fundamentals of braising and anything in between!
