I was granted a gift and I'm utilizing it in it's entirety and willing to share with those who need that next quick meal, full on buffet for 300, light snack, meal plans for special dietary needs and the next family BBQ. My years of experience and ABK status, MFP Certifications including ServSafe Food/Alcohol, Restaurant Management, Food Cost, and Human Resource management has left me qualified in many aspects of Culinary Arts to make sure you receive proper instruction, technique, quality, and professional services from a well informed Certified Chef.
