Based in Central Wisconsin, Rockman's Catering handles 5 cafeteria style lunch programs, lunches, dinners and over 100 weddings a year I teach culinary classes, specialize in Garde Mangre and fruit carving as well as the logistics and pragmatics involved in event planning and execution. Additionally I handle day to day operations and ordering.
