After working as a Food Chemist, Andrew found his way into the world of catering and event planning, where he garnered valuable experience in culinary arts and food service management. Andrew developed a unique cooking style; creating modern menus consisting of Creole, Cajun and Italian-inspired cuisine, using local and organic ingredients. His menus celebrate New Orleans cuisine in a refreshing combination of clean, bright flavors. With the best seafood available in abundance, Andrew takes an artisanal approach to food; from “the boat and farm to the pan,' he chooses the best seafood from the gulf, as well as the best local organic produce from area farms. The result, an authentic experience utilizing his European roots to ensure clean, classical flavors and a beautiful presentation
