Share your talents, background and expertise.I was born, raised and trained in France and over 36 years of experience. I worked in France, England and Bermuda before coming to New Orleans 25 years ago where I learned about Cajun and Creole cuisine. I moved to Little rock 10 years ago, just before the opening of the Clinton presidential library. I have traveled to Taiwan, Mexico, Canada and in many states doing cooking promotions and demonstrations. I also was a adjunct professor for the Arkansas culinary school.
