I have been in the restaurant industry for 9 years and hold degrees from the Culinary Institute of America (Culinary Arts) and Cornell University (Hotel Administration). My passion lies in teaching about food, where it comes from, its importance, and its value; food is our fuel, our body's building blocks, our medicine, our future, and our joy!
