It provides a connection that words can't describe. I have been providing food professionally for over 12 years, from intimately catered meals, to running the line in some of the best restaurants in Seattle like the Dahlia Lounge (American), Revel (traditional Korean) and Poquitos (traditional Mexico City). I was most recently the head chef at Bako (traditional southern chinese) before venturing into my own practice as a Private Chef. I'm very excited to offer my experiences and techniques with all of you.
