Share your talents, background and expertise.In 1994, Alison Bennett received her certificates of Basic Cuisine and Basic Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Ottawa Ontario , Canada. After leaving culinary school she moved to East Tn to open a bed and breakfast for 11 years successfully. Moving back to her hometown in Germantown,Tn ; she brought her culinary skills back with her hoping to share with you by coming in to your home so she can make some wonderful healthy meals for you and your family. She is also a proud member of the United States Personal Chef Association and is fully licensed, insured and certified in food handling. I am currently working on a cookbook.
