I'm originally from New Orleans, LA so I'd like to think my roots in cooking are Cajun/Creole. Over the years of worked for several top names in the industry including (but not limited to) Gordon Ramsay, Danny Meyer and Whole Foods Market, to name a few. I'm also a world traveler and I've visited most of the U.S., Japan, U.A.E, Brazil and Indonesia! I'm excited to answer any and all of your questions!
