I have worked in Hungary, France and Kuwait as a private chef for individuals and companies. The combinations of tastes that I put out together, are definitely something Nouvelle. Having a huge respect to the produce makes me finalize with a high amount of finesse. I am a Nouvelle Cuisine/ Modern European chef and I have a great knowledge of Spanish Tapas, French & Mediterranean cuisine. Also, I had a training course at the Buddha Bar Budapest with Chef Masato, Japanese Sushi Chef of Buddha Bar Paris and can prepare spa menus of fusion and high end healthy/ diet food
