I have had many opportunities to learn from some outstanding chefs from all culinary backgrounds. While the great experiences in these different environments have taught me invaluable culinary and management skills, none compares to my apprenticeship with Chefs Nils Noren and David Arnold, two of the most notable masters in molecular gastronomy today.
